Flexible Circuit Technologies by GOT Interface
Circuits are at the core of many of our products' solutions. Our capability to incorporate electrical circuits and components onto flexible substrate materials are second to none. This ability provides several product design benefits including lower costs and reduced weight of circuit assemblies, as well as elimination of costly discrete wire harnesses and connectors.
Key Circuit Capabilities
Polyester (PET) Circuits
Offers a lightweight and highly versatile option for electronic designs with the ability to support fine pitch circuit traces and multi-layer configurations. Their thin profile makes them ideal for applications requiring minimal space, while maintaining the durability and performance needed for various electronic assemblies.
Transparent Touch Sensors
GOT Interface’s flexible circuits with printed transparent touch sensors serve as a cost-effective alternative to traditional Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) solutions. These sensors offer high transparency and responsiveness, making them ideal for applications like touchscreens, keypads, and other interactive interfaces.
Polyimide Circuits
Supports up to four-layer constructions. These circuits can accommodate surface mount technology (SMT) and ball grid array (BGA) component mounting. Polyimide’s heat-resistant properties also make it suitable for applications where high temperatures are a concern.
Fabric Circuits
Allows circuits to be embedded within soft, pliable materials. GOT Interface's fabric circuits are designed for applications in wearable technology, biomedical sensors, and more. These large-format flexible circuits combine the advantages of flexibility, durability, and electronic functionality.
